1. Products
All posters are custom-made upon order. Each poster is unique to the date, time, and location you specify. Artwork is generated using the HYG Database (CC BY-SA 2.5) and our proprietary rendering software.
2. Ordering
By placing an order, you confirm that all details (date, time, location, text) are correct. You verify this during checkout by typing the date as confirmation. After production begins, we cannot change your order.
3. Returns & Refunds
Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged. If your poster arrives damaged or has a printing defect, contact us within 14 days and we will reprint it at no cost. Send a photo to support@starrednight.com.
4. Shipping
We ship via tracked courier. Estimated delivery is 3-5 business days within EU. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or carrier issues beyond our control.
5. Intellectual Property
The star maps we create are for personal use only. Reproduction, resale, or commercial use of the designs requires written permission.
6. Liability
Our liability is limited to the order amount paid. We are not liable for indirect damages.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Ghent, Belgium.
