Shipping Policy

Our fulfilment partner is Gelato APS (Denmark). They print and ship your poster from one of their EU production facilities close to the customer, which reduces transport time and environmental impact.

Production time: 2–4 business days after order confirmation.

• Within the EU (standard): 2–5 business days.
• Rest of Europe (non-EU): 5–10 business days.
• Outside Europe: typically 7–14 business days, depending on destination and customs.

Total delivery window, including production: approximately 4–9 business days for the EU and 7–14 business days for non-EU Europe.

Free shipping within the EU on orders of €50 or more. Below that threshold, a flat rate of €4.95 applies to matte posters and €7.95 to framed posters. For destinations outside the EU, exact costs are calculated based on destination and weight.

Final shipping charges are always displayed at checkout before you pay.

As soon as your order leaves the printer, you will receive a tracking link by e-mail. This link lets you follow your parcel all the way to your door.

We bear the risk of loss or damage until the parcel is delivered to you. From that moment onwards, the risk passes to you. Our goodwill scheme for damaged or lost parcels is set out in our Returns Policy.

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Parcels that are returned to our fulfilment partner because of an incorrect address or a failed pick-up may be re-shipped at your expense.

For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, VAT and local taxes may apply. These are payable by the customer and are collected by the carrier or customs in the country of destination.
